Confetti Christmas Punch

ISSUE 3 | CHRISTMAS

A modern version on punch is such a winner at any party or gathering. Including the brewed tea into the mix adds flavours of cinnamon, orange peel and apple which are so ‘Christmas’.

Ingredients

(all ingredients need to be cold before mixing begins)

3.5 litres of brewed Christmas Tea, we used La Fete De Noel by Seventh Duchess

1.5 litres of apple juice

2 litres of soda water

1 litre of Vodka

2 Apples sliced

2 Oranges sliced

Method

Combine all ingredients in large punch bowl or new/clean bucket.

You can add ice into the punch mix or you add it per glass as you serve. Keep in mind if the ice is added to the punch bowl as it melts it waters down the flavours… but maybe a ‘some’ people at your party might need some watering down!

Recipe makes roughly 33 drinks (allowing for 250ml per serving, with 30ml of this amount being alcohol)
